When a SR is created from DCS, Account field is not populated by default.

Currently, when a SR is created from DCS, Account field is not populated by default. We would like to populate the account that this logged in user is associated to. When we create DCS users we are assigning to one single Account by default. Not sure whether DCS allows assigning same user to multiple contact when  setting up the user, is this allowed? If yes, we may need to open up Account field to be populated by user and this field should only display the accounts that he/she is associated to.
