how to restrict list of values in recruiter field ?

Summary:

Hello,

We have recruiter field and Hiring Manager field in Hiring team section and we dont want all employees to be visible there but just only the recruiters and recruiting representatives, however now as we type and search all employees are available in that LOV. 

Can we restrict this?
