How do I redirect internals from applying on external Taleo Social Sourcing channel

Anyone have recommendation on how to redirect internals on external Taleo Social Sourcing channel.

We have a large population that search for jobs at home but don't access our intranet to use their existing employee (internal) profile. They just create a new one with an external email on the external channel. This causes much confusion with the recruiters as well was the system and details. Does anyone have suggestions on what they've done to reroute employees to the internal site to apply? Developed a "existing employee click here" button on the postings or on the external site. I'm referencing Taleo Social Sourcing, not the TEE channels themselves, since we have the TSS layer on
