Enable CPA Hyperlink when viewing requisition

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if it's possible to enable a hyperlink in the CPA Number when viewing a requisition? The approvers wanted to be able to see the agreement but at this moment they need to go to the work area do view it. Please see screenshot for reference:
