rejection notification for External and Internal Candidate

Hi All,

I have configured rejection notification for External and Internal Candidate Separately in Content Library.

I have attached both notification with CSP and ESS Job "Send Job Application Notification" is running every 5 minute.

Notification to external Candidate is working fine but it's not working for Internal Candidate. Any suggestion on this Issue.
