Is Oracle going to deprecate PCM?

As EPCM has more powerful and advanced features, I want to understand that Is PCM and EPCM go in Parallel or Oracle will deprecate PCM in near soon.

I can see most of the recent updates are only EPCM customers, and want to understand is PCM going to deprecate in near future?

Also, want to understand will the customer need to pay additional licensing cost to switch to EPCM?
