PCM to EPCM Full Migration process is skipping data migration

We are doing a POC on migration of PCM Application to EPCM, during this process Data is not getting migrated.

Content (required):

Hello experts, we are in the process of migration PCM application to EPCM using Full Migration option from source PCM to target EPCM. When we performed this activity, the migration process has skipped the Upload Data to EPCM and Import Data in EPCM. Any thoughts on why these two steps have been skipped?

Is anyone facing similar issue? any Inputs much appreciated.
