How do people manage REACH reporting outside Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP?

Summary:

We are required to provide Regulatory reporting requirements such as REACH and Plastic Tax as a company. Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP has no standard solution, so we can either build a custom solution in Fusion or look at alternative approaches such as extracting basic product data and import/export volumes to a 3rd party solution, or even to a local Excel/database for calculation and reporting.

It would be good to understand if other customers have found a simple solution for this requirement.
