Client is using Outlook 365 and when the candidate reschedules, it duplicates on calendar
Summary:
Using Outlook 365, when the candidate schedules an interview it will automatically go onto recruiters calendar but weve noticed when the candidate reschedules, the original time slot does not go away, it just duplicates on the calendar. So there will be two meetings for the same interview on the recruiters calendar, the original time and the rescheduled time with no notification or cancelation. Is this to be expected?
