I have no permissions for anything on my tenancy.

Summary:

I cannot do anything at all with my cloud account (tenancy ivy2). It seems I do not have permissions for anything on the account with errors such as "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." (found on: https://cloud.oracle.com/compute/instances?region=us-ashburn-1). This is my root compartment. I also can't view or edit any of my tenancy or subscription information. I can't subscribe to the service even if I wanted to currently.


I didn't get to use any services or resources during my trial due to this issue, and when I sought help from support, I got shunted here.
