Is it possible to skip the next level managers and route the approval to the desired level ?

Summary:

We have recruiters from C2, C3, C4, C5 level who will create and submit the requisitions and which should trigger an approval directly to SM.

Our Grade structure is below

C2 First Level

C3 Second Level

C4 Third Level

C5 Fourth Level

C6 Fifth Level

SM Senior Level

So, when C2 creates approval should go to SM similarly when C3, C4 or any other grade approval should go to SM skipping the immediate managers.

How to achieve this ?
