Can referrals be auto-deleted if no response is provided?

Hello,

Our data privacy team is wondering if it's possible to auto-purge referrals who haven't responded to the referral email. If they view and apply, they become an applicant. And if they select "not interested", the prospect is deleted. I can't find any profile options related to prospects, but is there some way to auto-purge if no response is provided on the email?
