Why Getting Error When Trying to Enrich DnB Data for an Organization in CX Sales?

Summary:

Trying to enrich an organization record and get error:

"You can't enrich or add this record because the DaaS record is already associated with an existing enriched record."

This Organization was never been enriched.

Manually created an Account Named Oracle Corporation Canada Inc.

Save the record and click Action -> Synchronize Account, got the error:

"You can't enrich or add this record because the DaaS record is already associated with an existing enriched record."

How to Enrich this Organization with DnB?
