Adaptive Search: Remove "+" button from adaptive search UI

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have enabled adaptive search for custom object "Sales Register" and we want to remove "+" button for custom job roles.

Ex: We want to enable Create("+") button only for sales administrator and hide create("+") button for all other custom roles.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 22D
