Unable to IC Invoicing with Rate Schedule By Job.

Summary:

I am trying to run Projects IC Invoice using a Rate Schedule at Job Level. Though the Rate Schedule by Person works correctly but if the person is missing in the Person Rate Schedule, it is not checking the Job Rate Schedule. The Bill Plan i am using on the Contract is Bill Rate Based for my Global IC Contract between two Legal entities.

Also, the rate schedules at Job level does not have option to put a Markup, this is another issue where business defend their TP multipliers to Govt Authorities based on the skills of the employees that directly relate to their jobs. So having markups at Job Level is key business requirement which I see we do not have at the moment. Using a "Rate" instead of a markup is cumbersome as every year when appriasals happens, we need to maintain the TP Bill rate as well.
