Update interest Opportunity Marketplace not receiving notification

Summary:

Hello team,

We are working with the Opportunity Marketplace and we are setting the update interest notifications. In the test phase, we noticed that the test candidate didn't received the notifications about new open positions that match his preferences.

We have also run the following 3 processes:

1) Prepare Campaign Email 

2) Send Campaign Email. These jobs do the actual sending of the job alerts.

3) Send Job Application notification

Any suggestion would be appreciate :)
