How can the Recruiter ascertain that the Candidate has viewed the Offer Letter?

Hi All,

Currently when the Offer letter is extended and accepted, the Recruiter is notified and progress is also updated in the activity section. However, it is not possible for the Recruiter to know if the Candidate has actually viewed the Offer letter. Is there any option where the Recruiter can ascertain that the Candidate has viewed the Offer letter after the Offer letter is extended?
