Can Owners Receive an Automatic Job Posting Notification?

Can we set up an automatic notification to send requisition owners a job posting notification?

Our users are asking if we can set up an automatic notification to the owners of the requisition, because our recruiters frequently email the hiring managers and other owners when they post a job. The workflow event notification for the job posting notification is for candidates, unless there is another way we can use this or there is something else.

Or, would this be an enhancement request that I should add in the Idea Lab?
