Does Shared HR in FUSION support Matrix Manager

Summary:

We are implementing fusion ERP financial , PPM and procurment.

We used shared HR, meaning that we do not use HCM cloud.

We have a requirement that for some employees, we need to set up matrix manager (meaning dotter line). When an expense report is sent for approval, we want the matrix manager to approve the expense report

I have seen documentation that HCM cloud supports setting up matrix manager.

Does oracle shared HR in Fusion Finanacial cloud support setting up matrix manager?
