How does Access Schedule Works in OFSC? Will that have an impact on Routing?
I came across a standard activity field Access Schedule which lets us choose access hours and exception day. I was wondering does routing assign the particular job only to the days we select in the Access Schedule screen . We had a requirement wherein we wanted a type of activity only to be assigned on certain weekdays. So seeing this made me wonder if this can cater it. I tried looking for documentation for this but could not find any relevant ones.
It would be great if somebody could share your insights on this or share any relevant document links which explains more of this.
