Download offer letter as word file

Summary:

Hello All,

We have a requirement where on preview offer page we have a download button, currently after clicking on download offer letter template is getting downloaded in PDF format, as per our requirement it should get downloaded as a word file.

We also changed output format and default format of template to word, but still under preview it is getting downloaded as PDF.

Has anyone faced and solved similar requirement, then it would be a great help if could could please share the solution.
