Struggling to use OTBI to report on # ever in custom phases and states
We are building a report to include data on job requisitions. It should include columns for the number of candidates in certain phases/states of the application process. We need the following columns in the report (included the name of the field which describes it & the phase/state that it corresponds to indicated within the parentheses next to the name).
1. Number Ever in New Status ("Job Application - Progression"."Current Phase Code" = 'NEW')
2. Number Ever in TA Screening Status ("Job Application - Progression"."Current Phase Code" = 'TALENT ACQUISITION SCREENING')
3. Number Ever in Interview and Selection Status ("Job Application - Progression"."Current Phase Code" = 'INTERVIEW AND SELECTION')
