Cannot see my OCI Always Free Tier instance.

I have created a couple of month ago an Ampere OCI Always Free Tier instance, which was running fine. Now this instance is not reachable anymore. To find out what happened I have logged into my dashboard and tried to see the instance dashboard. But all I see is this:

I have no ad-blocker or whatever running. If I check the Chrome network console I see the following repsonse for many requests (/messages, /instaces, (etc.):

}

Also if I check my profiles page, there is "INACTIVE" shown underneath my profile picture.
