My account was used to log in normally a few days ago, but now I can’t log in for some reason. I also contacted the online customer service and reset the password twice, but the error still shows that I can’t log in. The error message is: Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records.

If you have unsuccessfully attempted to authenticate with this username multiple times your account may be locked out and must be reset via the administrator.

If this is a new user account, please contact your administrator for your temporary password.
