Message Scenario launch condition when customer submits WMT Score/Feedback
Summary: Is there a message scenario launch condition that we can use to setup (for example) an email notification when a customer submits a WMT score and/or feedback?
Content (required): When a customer submits WMT score/feedback for a completed activity, we would like to send email notifications to the resource's manager for their awareness. I searched message scenario launch conditions but couldn't find any for this?
Further to this, we would want to select different email recipients depending on the actual score submitted by the customer (for example lower scores go to higher-level managers while higher scores go to a team leader/supervisor).
