OTBI Date Difference

I have reviewed other posts related to date difference within Customer Connect but none of those posts offer a solution to the issue I'm encountering.  I'm trying to get the days difference between the date fields of 'Action Date' and 'Assignment Last Update Date' and for whatever reason it's not working using the TIMESTAMP Diff function. 

Anyone have suggestions?
