Summary:

Oracle free tier instance. Its been running flawlessly for ages. It is currently stopped and when i try to start it i get the following error:

Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.ap-sydney-1.anzxsljr44mqzpiczhklww2e53qowebzccfkpcledkgjqjx6rqhiaxgp7ffa is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.

What am i supposed to do?

I tried to contact live chat, its disable for free tier accounts. There is no create ticket option.
