Can Compensatatory absence plan be used when doing element entries?



I have got a requirement to be able to use the compensatory absence plan setup already for time and labor module to be used when an element entry is done.

Content (required):

The requirement is like this:

  1. Currently in Time and labor,we have customized the time calculation rule formula to calculate balance value based on the time element entered in timecard. Once this timecard is submitted,the calculated plan balance gets added to the compensatory absence plan balance automatically.
  2. My new requirement is to use the same setup and once an element entry is done for a normal regular/irregular payroll earnings element,the calculated plan balance should get added to the compensatory absence plan balance.
