Transfer Ledger Balances process

Summary:

When we submit the Transfer Ledger Balances process to transfer data from one ledger to another ledger, are the unposted journals from the source ledger also transferred? Or does it transfer only the posted journals?

Is there a way to transfer only journal balances instead of journal details ?
