What business object to use for defaulting field assignme status post term when terminating employee

Summary:

Looking for the correct business object area for defaulting field "Assignment Status Post Termination" in the #2 section Termination info when performing quick action Terminate Employment.

When reviewing Worker Work Relationship, i see that termination action is available but the field to default is not. When looking at Work Assignment business object, termination is not listed for actions. Need the correct starting point to do this.
