Simplified Flow Pattern Roll Back ALL does not roll back Third-Party Involuntary Payment Extract

Summary:

The Simplified Flow pattern process will not roll back the seeded Oracle Third-Party Extract when the Roll Back ALL option is taken. This process should, in reverse order roll back the individual tasks within the flow.

The below screen shows the status as a corrected process. The problem is that since the extract isn't complete, the Archive will not roll back due to those employees having a later process that is still not rolled back.(see screen shot) Note that if we MANUALLY roll back the Third-Party Involuntary Payment Extract, it rolls back correctly. We don't understand why it works manually but not when rolled back in the Simplified Flow.
