Talent Profile: How can I make CLOB fields visible in a report?

Summary:

Talent Profile: How to make Job responsibility, - description and - qualifications visible in an analysis?

Content (required):

Dear all

I need to create a report/analysis which makes this fields visible in a report:

The data type of these fields is CLOB (subject area Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real Time):

The analysis shows these fields as blank. How can I make the content of the fields visible? I've tried it with the CAST function (CAST("- All Profile Content"."Item CLOB 1" AS CHAR(1000)). But the field was still blank.

Any idea?

Regards

Matthias
