Request Information/submit info functionality

Request Information/ submit info functionality - is the information submitted accessible to all users, or only the creator, workflow approvers and system admin?

Hello,

When an approver Requests information from a user in requisition workflow, the request appears in the Requisition Document History, however, the information that is submitted is not published in the history.

The only location I can see the information submitted is, clicking the camera icon next to the workflow/approver step, which brings up the workflow task. The problem with this is, only the creator, approvers in workflow and admin can view the approval task with the information submitted.
