Recruiting deep link for Attachment page

Hi,

I know that a link to a candidate's CV can be created in BI Publisher in this way by only know its SUBMISSION_ID:

'https://fa-etjb-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=IRC_RECRUITING&action=IS_CANDIDATE_RESUME&objKey=pSubmissionId=' || to_char(irc_submissions.SUBMISSION_ID)

but this redirects to just the CV file.

Is there any way to get a dynamic link that brings you to the Attachment page of a candidate's submissions (My Client Group > Hiring > Select Job Requisition > Select Active Candidates > Select a candidate)?
