Summary: Cannot add more Backend into Network Load Balancer

Content (required): I have in total 1 Network Load Balancer and 1 Backend. When I add more Backend into the existing Network Load Balancer, it shows error message that I need to upgrade to paid account. I suppose the limit is 50 Backend per Backend Set, where as I have only 1. Could you please assist ?
