Can interviewer field is auto filled based on the requisition from hiring team information?

Dear All,

While recruiter is sending the interview invite, can interviewer field is auto filled based on the requisition from hiring team information, if the interview panel is not available, recruiter should has the feasibility to change the interviewer.
