How to Manage stock grants for an Inactive Employee
Summary:
I administer Stock Grants and when people's leaving date is in the past I can no longer update their stock grant informaion on Oracle.
At the board's discretion good leavers can have up to 6 months post leaving to exercise options - so post leaving either stock options will need to be lapsed or exercised .
