Multiple queries on Competencies
In our current implementation, we have the following scenarios and I need suggestions on these,
- Competencies should be assigned to employees as a part of performance appraisal based on departments.Please let me know if we can filter the competencies based on eligibility profiles or attach departments to competencies.
- For all the employees in the Organization, there are set of competencies assigned based on their positions and each competency is associated with a questionnaire and they are scored, based on the scores of all the competency, the employee will be assigned to trainings. Please suggest me some work around for this scenario.
