How do you make a block required in a Job Application Flow when there isn't a "required" check box?

Summary:

How do you make a block required in a Job Application Flow when there isn't a required box available? For example, in a Request for more Information (RMI), we have added a Questionnaire block. The questionnaire itself is set up to require certain questions to be answered, but we can't find a way to require the candidate to answer the questionnaire after accepting the offer. We can require items such as gender, date of birth, national ID, etc., but not the questionnaire. Any thoughts? We really need to make this required.
