Agents referral - Resume mandatory

Hi,

I was searching in the HCM Design studio to make the Resume section mandatory. However, I couldn't find it. We have a business requirement that the Agents have to submit their referrals by providing their resumes. Many a time, they skip providing the resume. We would like to make it mandatory. It is creating a loss of time and effort for the recruiters in coordinating with the agents requesting them to provide their resumes.
