Oracle no longer fixing bugs

Thank you for your patience on this request. As per checking with our SME, upon further review, I was advised that this is a bug and won't have a fix due to low severity impact.

While the issue you are experiencing may be due to a product defect, we do not plan to fix this particular defect at this point in time. This is due to the severity level and the low-level impact of the defect. Please note that in our efforts to continuously deliver maximum value to our customers, we are presently focusing on your most important and impactful defects since it is our belief that fixing these will help our customers to consistently succeed in the usage of the product and a better user experience.
