Prevent same employee to be requester and buyer

Hi

By out of the box, is there a setup in Oracle cloud to prevent one employee to be a requester as well as buyer? In current situation buyer can raise the requisition on behalf of someone, so that's why we can't remove the requisition creation role from buyer. But at the same time, this cause buyer can raise the requisition which himself as requester as well as buyer, and this against the client's legal rule, since no segregation of duty.
