Manager can't view his direct reports on the meeting review

Hi,

As an admin I created a talent review meeting, setting the same manager as facilitator and participant, while, in the population I set the direct report of the manager. 

As the manager, when I try to prepare content for the Talent Review Meeting, I can't move my direct report on the matrix box (on "My Team" -> "Talent Review").

Admins and HRs can move the employee on the matrix (on "My Client Group" -> "Talent Review").

Can you tell me why the manager can't move his employee to the matrix?
