Extract Getting Into Error due the DBI 'Time in Current Job'

Hope everyone is doing great!
My requirement is to pull out the Job and Department Change Date Using HCM Extract.
I have an extract based on the UE "PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_UE' and there I am trying to fetch the data from the DBIs "Time in Current Job" and "Time in Current Department". Due to which extract is trowing an error which says:

RA-20001: Formula EXT_RECORD1_300000010290800, line 56, no data returned. Details: Item HWP_EMP_TIME_CURR_ORG returned no data. This error most commonly occurs when a database item query returns no data, but the database item is configured not to allow no return data. It can also occur within a formula function call.
