Our client is using the letter 'O' in the first three characters of their PO number followed by digits. When the invoice gets scanned and the PO does not get picked up, if we try and use adaptive learning to pick up the PO number, it does not work as it recognize the PO number to have a zero in the first three digits instead of the letter 'O'. The user then needs to manually type in the PO number.

Because of this issue, adaptive learning becomes unusable for certain fonts where the charcter is recognized as a zero instead of the letter 'O' and the system can never learn to read it in the future
