How to find which offer emails have been sent to candidate ?

Hi,
We face a situation: during ORC testing on a test environment, offer was extended to a candidate to their real email address. Emails were disabled, but for a period of time somebody enabled them and emails have been sent.

How can we find out how many emails have been sent ? Offer letter emails. Or any other emails that have been triggered during testing.
What is the table or file that contains emails sent data ?
