Hi,

I have some questions about how the Candidate Data disposal functionality works:

  • How is it possible to set a time criteria to make sure that the data of candidates which have not been active for a number of years are deleted/obfuscated?
  • If I go to My Client Groups-Data Exchange-Configure Person Information Removal Policies I can create a rule and select for the cancellation all the candidate's attributes I want to include: what happens if I don't select an attribute? That attribute will not be deleted when the process will be launched?
