Vanity Email: display name is not visible in mails triggered to external candidate

Hi all,

We have setup Vanity Email Display Name , however the display name is not visible in mails triggered to external candidate. Please let us know if anybody has faced this issue and how it is fixed.

Its not mandatory to setup SPF as we want only display name to be added with default email address.
