Default Filter is showing a particular Req number in the Job Requisitions page

Summary:

Default Filter is showing a particular Requisition number in the Job Requisitions page. How can we change it to the Requisitions I own? We tried to change by the settings icon of Filter, but every time it is showing the same req number all over again.
