I lost access to all my instances in the Oracle Cloud under the Free Tier.

Some days ago I found out that I lost access to all OCI free tier resources and always get the "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." Error. Can anyone help me on what to do to reclaim access or tell me why my account was deactivated?
